Me interesa entender cómo la gente hace su trabajo y buscar la mejor forma de hacerlo, que casi nunca es la primera que se me ocurre. Soy curioso y obstinado en partes iguales: me gusta tener la razón, pero aprendí a disfrutar cuando alguien me demuestra que no la tengo. I like understanding how people actually do their work, and looking for the better way to do it, which is rarely the first one I come up with. I'm curious and stubborn in equal parts: I like being right, but I've learned to enjoy it when someone proves I'm not.

En Retto propuse tokens en dos capas en vez de tres, y construimos sobre el stack que desarrollo ya dominaba. El framework técnicamente superior habría exigido una migración completa antes de poder usar el primer botón. On Retto I proposed two token layers instead of three, and we built on the stack the developers already knew. The technically better framework would have required a full migration before anyone could use the first button.
La accesibilidad me importa por convicción y la defiendo por negocio. Accessibility matters to me on principle and I defend it on business terms.
Ampliar quién puede usar el producto amplía a quién se le puede vender, y ese es el argumento que sobrevive a una priorización. Si vive dentro del componente, cualquier equipo la hereda; si vive en una checklist, tarde o temprano nadie se acuerda. Widening who can use the product widens who you can sell it to, and that's the argument that survives a prioritization meeting. If it lives inside the component, every team inherits it; if it lives on a checklist, sooner or later nobody remembers.
